FAQ-

  • Sizing: The sizes of every piece released by Bay Kru is pretty close to true to size. The main models both wore their normal sizes of clothing with the products they were modeling and they both fit how they were expecting it. When it comes to the swimwear product, it is dependable on how “cheeky” you want the bottoms for the sizing. A lot of skin is out for most of our bottoms, if you don’t want as much skin, going a size up in the bottoms would be recommended.

    1. If you would like to ensure that the items you are getting fit you a specific way, please reach out to our team to help you to fortify that you are receiving what you are expecting.

 

  • Shipping: When placing an order with Bay Kru, please allow a 2-4 day processing time to get the order ready for delivery. When the payment is processed (within 4 business days) the item/s will be shipped!

    1. With Standard Domestic shipping, allow a 2-8 business day period for your package to arrive. This shipping is free within the company when you spend $100 or more. Otherwise, it will be a $6 charge. If you are ordering within the Lincoln/Omaha, NE area, the package should arrive within just one business day!

    2. With an overnight shipping purchase, please allow for the next day to be a processing day and then the overnight shipping will be for that next day. The cost of the overnight shipment is $15 on your order. If you are wanting a next day and it’s a weekend shipping order, it will be a $30 charge on the order with next day processing time.

      1. Within the express shipping services, the delivery system can not deliver to PO box addresses. Please arrange for a different address for you package to be delivered to.

      2. If expedited shipping was not an option for your checkout process, please get in contact with the company so we can process it as the correct shipping option and then send you an invoice for the correct shipping payments.

    3. At the moment, international shipping isn’t an option. If you or someone you know would need international shipping. Please contact the Bay Kru Team for arrangements on your purchase!

    4. Packages also could be shipped in multiple packages, you will only be charged once for shipping if there is a multiple package situation.  

    5. If you need your package by a certain date, please let us know BOTH in the notes of your order during checkout AND contacting us about it as well. (through instagram, our email, or both!) We will try to make sure the package would be received before then. Please note, that desired dates are never guaranteed!!

  • Lost or Stolen Packages

    1. If your package has been confirmed that it was delivered through USPS and you did not receive it, you must file a claim with USPS and we are not responsible for the package.

    2. Once you file a claim with USPS, the driver on your route will investigate the problem and see if it was not delivered to a different address. This happens to be the problem a majority of the time.

    3. If filing a claim through paypal is what you would rather do, the tracking number of your package will automatically be uploaded through the site. This will state whether or not your package was actually delivered. The only time that we will resend or refund is when the package was lost IN THE TRANSIT STAGE of the shipping and not for any packages that states that they were DELIVERED.

  • Return Policy

    1. Bay Kru DOES NOT accept returns on all products, with the exception of damaged and misfit clothing with a two weeks (10 business days) time period from receiving the product/s.

    2. If there is something wrong with the product that you ordered, we will gladly send you a replacement of the product, if the damaged product is returned to the company.

      1. Damaged product must be reported to the company within two days of receiving the package!!

    3. If the product doesn’t fit correctly, or how you wanted it to, we will gladly exchange it for a correct size. All customers will be responsible for the fees for shipping it back. There will be a new invoice that is emailed to you for the new shipping fees for the exchanged sized item. We recommend you send it through USPS and their ground shipping option.

    4. Please contact us for sizing questions so this situation can be avoided and everyone’s money can be saved!

      1. IMPORTANT: in the package, you must include a note of your order number and the correct size that you would like for the exchange. If the note is not included in the package, it could delay the package from a quick return.

    5. Please note, original shipping prices are non-refundable.

 

  • Privacy Policy/Security

    1. The purpose of this statement is to ensure you that the information that we collect through the website and Bay Kru is solely for Bay Kru only and stays within Bay Kru. We maintain your information in-house at Bay Kru. We use it for our records only!!
